We do not offer, under any circumstance, returns, exchanges or refunds on International Purchases. All International Purchases are final.  Any purchase delivered outside the borders of the Republic of South Africa, or taken out thereafter, constitutes an “International Purchase”.

National Return Policy

Items may be returned if:

1. tems have not been worn
2. Damaged/fault within guarantee period
3. Within 30 days of proof of delivery

Request Return:

1. Send email to info@mensshoecentre.co.za
2. Give following details:
   • reason for return
   • when item will be ready to be collected
   • collection address, if different from original delivery
   • Waybill will be sent to courier for collection & copy sent to you

Basic Return Rules:

• Ram couriers will collect, ensure parcel is sealed with original packaging
• Collection is FREE, no charge to you
• If courier does not come with waybill, print the copy sent upon sending email request
• Do not fill in any manual documentation
