National Deliveries [Within South Africa]
Courier Charge:
All new orders carry a flat R99 courier charge. Returns and exchanges are free of all courier costs. For safe delivery and your convenience, we have chosen Ram Hand-to-hand Couriers to deliver your items to your door.
Packaging:
Items are packaged in a brown unmarked box for security, with packing paper and a packet for your convenience. Original boxes are not supplied due to their unique sizing and are retained for returned items.
Delivery Time:
Standard delivery service selected is ‘Next Business Day’ which generally translates into 2 to 4 business days depending on where the final delivery address is. Items are despatched on the day of order so long as payment is confirmed before 2pm.
Tracking:
Please enter your supplied Waybill Number in the tracking box on the RAM website: https://www.ram.co.za/ Tracking numbers only become active on the RAM website at the end of the day of order.
International Deliveries [Outside South African Borders]
Quotation Basis:
The international ordering system works on a quote basis by DHL Couriers. To receive your quote, add your items to Cart, proceed to Checkout and place your QUOTE REQUEST. The DHL Courier charge will be added to your order within 1 business day.
There is no obligation for you to complete your order if you are unhappy with the courier charge. You will only pay for your items once you are completely satisfied with your delivery quote.
Returns/Exchanges/Refunds:
We do not offer, under any circumstance, returns, exchanges or refunds on International Purchases. All International Purchases are final. Any purchase delivered outside the borders of the Republic of South Africa, or taken out thereafter, constitutes an “International Purchase”.
